5 May 2003 - A new plan

The Eye

The Eye was cruising down the street. It was late. He had spent the entire day researching this bomb by contacting different sources.

He also knew - to his annoyance - that YIRAAS had been informed.

He supposed, in the long run, it was better that they knew about it. After all, a bomb that can destory the whole world - as is due to go off - is kinda final. He wouldn't live to regret their not being involved if they hadn't been informed and he couldn't figure out. And besides, there was always the chance that Taylor didn't tell him everything.

Argh. He was feeling pretty stressed at the moment. He spied a girl - no, a woman - sitting on a bench on the street. Yes... he needed something to... relieve himself.

He stopped the car not so far away and concentrated. He focused on the human female and entered his mind. Just as he was preparing to rape her, he paused... this mind smelled of Tanya... and someone else... Avery?

He poked around. This young woman... something happened that Tanya had to clean up... and judging from the remaining damage, either Tanya hadn't been able to fix all of it... or she was interupted...

An echo... oooooh! Yes, it was all becoming clear now... Avery had somehow put an echo in this girl - Ashley... and echo of... someone named Myra? Isaac's deceased girlfriend... well, well. The echo had reacted badly... Ashley was now psychotic... despite the removal of the echo, Ashley still felt that Myra was in her... how interesting. She had run away after an encounter with Isaac...

She tried to kill him.

A smirk crossed the Eye's face. Well, well, well. A psychotic alien hater with a passionate hatred for Isaac. This girl could be useful. But whatever he did. he mustn't do anything more than look in her head. Which meant he would have to find someone else to rape. Otherwise any telepath who looked inside would know he had touched her.

And that would point the finger at him, should his new plan go fail.

Ashley... she was capable of killing... but despite her growing hatred, she had done nothing. She needed guidence... and training as a fighter, ranged and melee.

And he knew just who to contact.

He rang a number on his mobile phone. The person he wanted answered it and he spoke a keyword. A keyword which triggered a telepathic suggestion he had implanted many years ago.

He told him to come to this place. To meet Ashley and train her. To focus her energies on killing aliens - primarily Isaac Hanson, and through him, Taylor as well.

And perhaps the rest of their family. Wouldn't that be a terrible tragedy? The entire Hanson family murdered by a psychopathic killer.
