Buzza
Buzza hadn't wanted to go home. He wanted to stay with Moonie. But he also wanted to stay with Tate. However, he didn't really like Leroy all that much, so when he arrived home with Tate and Oliver after their visit to the mutant school that past Saturday, he decided to go back. It took him a while, especially given the numerous distractions he had - namely flowers - but he got there late on the afternoon of the following Monday.
"Moonie!" He cried. "Moonie! Moonie where is ya?"
Moonie
"Buzza?" Moonie peeked out from behind the big oak tree. "'Dat you, Buzza-wuzza?"
Buzza
"Yepperzzz! Tizzz me, de fabulouzzz Buzza!" Buzza replied, flying over to joing her. "Me flew a long long long long long long way just ta see you, Moonie! And boy, are my wings tired!"
Moonie
"Awe! My Buzzy-wuzzy's sweepy? Does you wanna sit in me favowite twee wif me?" Moonie asked, blushing and batting her eyelashes at him
Buzza
"Oooh! Yezzz pleazzze!"
Buzza joined Moonie in the tree.
"Moonie-loonie-toonie... me me hazzz very very importianty question to askify you."
MOonie
"Ooey gooey gummy candy! What kinda question-westion?" Moonie asked, looking Buzza in the eye and grinning a goofy in love smile.
Buzza
"We-ell," Buzza said shyly, "me-me wans kinda wonderinging if you would likey to be my girliefriend?"
Moonie
"Oh yessie yessie yessie! I's will be your girliewirliefriend, if your be my boyfwiend!" Moonie said, kissing Buzza's cheek.
Buzza
"Yay!" Buzza shouted delightedly.
He gave Moonie a great big hug.
"Me wuves you, Moonie-Moonie!"
Moonie
"Me wuveses you-you too, Buzza-wuzza!" Moonie said, giving Buzza a great big, romantic kiss on the mouth.
