the Elder, the Judges and Tanya
OOC: Just pretend that those who don't have last names specified, their last names were mentioned. Also, second and third places might not be mentioned. Just pretend there is a second and third place, winner, they're just no one we know, lol. Also for Mass Destruction and Creation Masters there may be other categories as well, just not mentioned on account of, err... other people we don't know won them, ha ha ha. Also assume there are other Tournament awards like Champion and Goofball, we just haven't thought of them yet, lol.
IC:
"Ladies and Gentlemen," said the Elder. "Tonight the winners of the contests shall be announced and presented with their respective awards. May I please pass you on to Leila."
Leila took the stand as the applaused thundered. She waited for it to die down.
"Areobatics," she said. "First place, Claudia Alvarez. Second place, Clark Kent."
Cornilius, Lucius and the Elder presented them with their awards.
"Loudest Scream. First place, George Skinner. Second place, Grant."
"Conjuring. First place, Dawn Summer. Second place, Jess Hanson. Third place, Billy."
"Dream Impressions. First place, Jess Hanson. Second place, Marcus. Third place, Isabel Evans."
"I now pass you on to Cornlius to present the awards for day 2."
Cornelius took the stand.
"Speed Flying. First place, Clark Kent - and a new record at that. I don't think it will be beaten in the near future. Second place, Charlene. Third place, Jack."
"Mass destruction. Most creative, Clark Kent. Most effective, Zac Hanson. Most unusual, Isaac Hanson."
"Shapeshifter Scupltures. This won, I know, was a tough contest this year. First place, Rachel Evans and Jessica Hanson. Second place, James and Greg. Third place, Ashley Greyson and Isaac Hanson."
"Extremes. First place, Zac Hanson."
"Coloured people. First place, Miette Braddock. Second place, Estrella Alvarez."
"And now to Lucius for the day 3 awards."
"Kinetic Shooting Gallery. First place, Isaac Hanson on 245."
"Speed shapeshifting. A difficult contest to judge as shape, size and difficulty of each object must be taken into account when calculating speed. First place, Greg. Second place, Ashley Greyson. Third place, Katie. Biggest shape. First place, Jason. Second place, Ashley Greyson. Also, this year we are introducing a new award. The reason for this award is that the Animorphs have to return to their own shape first before they can turn into something else, thus they have to do twice as many changes. Therefore, I have the privlage of introducing the fastest average speed. That is, the fastest time a single competitior took to morph from one thing to another. First place, Rachel Evans."
"Precision. First place, Lorelle Parks."
"Creation Masters. Most creative, Miette Braddock. Most intriguing, Dawn Summers."
"And now I'll pass you on to Tanya for the Ga'Revali results."
"Beginner, Josh Hobson. Novice, Avery Hanson," Tanya paused. "Also, I am pleased to be able to announce that Avery has moved up to Intermediate level."
Tanya went on to annouce the winners from the other levels.
"And now, the moment you have all been waiting for," The Elder said, taking the stand again. "The Challenge and Tournament Awards."
"This quarter's Challenge Goofball is... Tracy. She tried her hardest but sadly only succeeded in making us laugh,"
"This quarter's Challenge Sportsman is... Katie. Despite her power giving her the ability to be a lot more, how shall I say? definitive about winning a challenge she prefered to play at a level closer to her opponent."
"This quarter's Challenge Champion is... Zac Hanson, winning 14 of his 16 challenges."
"This years Tournament Goofball is... Luke Simpson. I hope this is compensation for us all laughing at your expense."
"This years Tournament Sportman is... Lois. Even in events in which she was competing, she was full of encourangement for all the enterants."
"This years Tournament Champion is... Clark Kent. Of his three events, he won two firsts and a second. He also made a new record for the speed flying - one that will be hard to beat no doubt."
"Congratulations to all our winners!"
