Clark

At 1:00, Clark walked over to the Aerobatics comp. Dawn went with him fopr moral supports, and Spike and Dru followed Dawn because they needed to. Amanda was off with Nyx somewhere, who was keeping the Potential safe.

Dawn and Clark watched as the first two contestants went up. There were six contestents in all, and they each had 3 minutes to perform. Clark was third. Concentrating, he felt himself rise. Holding out his arms, he did a series of rolls and spins. He then flew up to the rafters and jumped off, doing a dive as he fell. For the last 20 seconds, he floated about 10 feet off the ground, perfectly perpendicular to the floor, and spun like a top, but without an exis. He just spun, staying in place, above ground. Stopping at the buzzer, he did a backflip, and then slowly floated down to the ground, and bowed as the people clapped. They watched the next three contestants, but Dawn assured him that he was the best.

Claudia

Claudia was the last to go. Estrella lead her off to the center of the area and told her to go for it. Tilting her head back and raising her arms, she floted, while spinning. Then she just played around in the sky until the buzzer rang, not caring who saw, or who was judging, just enjoying the feel on the air around her. Finally, the buzzer went off and she floated down, not moving until Estrella came to find her. As Estrella lead her through the crows, she bumped into somebody and gasped. The girl turned around.

"What's wrong?" Amanda asked.

"I get visions of the future, from touch. You will have much power someday, much strength, but don't let it isolate you."

"Yes," Amanda said grimly, "I know."

Nyx

"Seer." Nyx nodded. "Better not touch me then, I've had bad effects on Seers. They tend to go into overload. Be good, sweetie. And know that what you are, it's not who you are. Difficult to distinguish, that. And blue? Demon, alien, other?"

Estrella

Estrella looked at the catwoman and held tight to Claudia, which helped her visualize what Estrella was seeing. It was some sort of twin-bond.

"We're hybrids. Our mother was a mutant. Our Father was an alien. Our older brother is full mutant, little brother is half Brakken demon. How about you? Not many people here know of mutants."

Nyx

"Me? I'm a kitty, kitty, kitty, meeeeooowww! And Brakken demon? Mmm, Brakken demons. All empath-y, got those feel good vibes." Nyx sighed lustfully. "But he's probably real young, seeing how old you two are, so no go."

"She really is a cat," Amanda said as she noticed their expressions.

"Uh huh. With the claws and biting. C'mon, mini-Slayer, let's go find Spike and Dru."

Alverezes

"May we tag along for a while? I'd like to know if the rumours we heard in the demon underground were true. Does William the Bloody really have a soul now?"

Nyx

"For sure, kids. If you don't mind, Amanda?"

"No, not at all." Amanda smiled.

"So, a vamp huntin' we will go, a vamp huntin' we will gooooo! C'mon kidderlings." Nyx set off determindly, hunting Spike and Dru.

Alvarezes

Grabbing their brothers, the Alvarezes followed Nyx.

"Señorita Nyx," Estrella began, "Your magic is strong, ¿sí?"

Priss

"Pretty much. Priss is stronger then me though, but I can match any human or demon magick users. Priss can still kick my ass, unfortunately. I mean, how unfair is that? She's my lil' sis, and I can't give her the trouble she undoubtedly deserves. But she can kick my ass nine ways to Sunday without breaking up a sweat." Nyx halted, sniffed the air and turned abruptly. "I can smell Spike this way. The cigareetes and the leather make him easier to track then Dru."

Alvereses

"Well, WIll you hold Claudia's other hand? It helps her to see things when she's holding my hands, some sort of twin-bond, but magick enhances it."

"Estrella, I am fine, you know it," Claudia said, "Although it is sad that I can't see."

Nyx

Nyx bit her lip worriedly. "Sweetie, Seers go into overload from touching me. Love to help, but really shouldn't." Nyx shrugged sadly. "I'd do it if I thought you'd be safe. But, making you pass out is probably not a good thing."
