Zac
Zac lifted the phone and called the number that Meg had given him.
"Uh, hi," Zac said. "I understand that you can provide nannies for, err, children with powers?"
"Yes we do," said the woman on the other line. "Mutant, alien or magic?"
"You do all three?"
"Yes."
"At once?"
"Sir?"
"Okay, my... my fiancé and I we have... well, primarily magic children at the moment. But one is half Dathrian. And there's..." Zac felt a little uncomfortable. "In March I'm going to have a half Dath, half mutant child to take care of too. And yeah..."
"I see. And what are the ages of these children?"
"Err... they're all under five," Zac replied.
"Actually, they're all under one, but they sure as heck don't look nor act like it," he thought to himself.
"And what kind of employment are you offering?"
"Full time. So yeah. they'll be living in. But not yet, because we need to move house - there isn't any room for them at the moment. And also, there will be travelling involved because my work required great deals of it."
"I see."
Zac and the woman went into a long discussion into what else would be required, so on and so forth. When it was over, Zac hung up witha great deal of satisfaction. Now the only thing left (other than doing the interviews) was to actually find a house.
