Drusilla
Drusilla was thirsty. She hadn't fed since coming to Avalon, but they had been bringing her blood. Now she couldn't fight the hunger anymore, and she drank from the goblet laid in front of her.
The blood was strange.
Shef elt herself change. The ridges from her head were gone. Her sense of smell was weakening. She grabbed her chest in pain. Her heart was beating.
She felt her soul return to her body.
Drusilla was human again.

"MUMMY!" her four children screamed at once.
"Papa! Papa! They've done something to Mummy, something bad!"
Sabre
Sabre sat up.
"What have they done?"
Goddess, he bet she'd drunk...and then he was totally screwed.
Cassie and Draco
"Papa, we have to go to her," Cassie cried, and Draco concentrated, making a portal appear on the floor.
Sabre
Sabre sighed and looked at his kittens seriously.
"I can't go yet. One doesn't just walk into the Mab and demand. There's a protocol and a way of doing things. They have their own rules. I can't break them, or we'll never bring her home."
Percy
The children whimpered. It had only been a few months, but they appeared to be about 6 or 7 in age, though they still thought like toddlers.
"Then what do we have to do?" Percy asked.
Sabre
"I have to go see some people. You lot have to be very, very quiet and very, very good," Sabre said.
He looked at them all.
"Can I trust you to do that?"
Cassie
One by one, they all nodded.
"We want our Mummy back, and we will be perfect angels, if that's what must be," Cassie declared for the four of them.
Sabre
"Right."
Sabre nodded and scrubbed his hands over his face.
"Hold on tight, kits."
He crossed his legs, closed his eyes and concentrated. A wind started to blow.
Percy and Cassie
With a quick spell, Percy made sure that they were all dressed neatly. The four tykes held hands being as silent as possible. Cassie held her breath, wondering what would happen next.
