27 November 2003 - Permission Slips

Nessa

Storm

Storm typed up the permission note for the school camp and made sure each student who had expressed at interest, or who was required to go, received one.

School Camp

East Beach's Van Park, Kiama, NSW, Australia

There are two sections of this accommodation site, a camping ground, and cabins. You will be required to make the decision of which you would prefer, camping or cabins, and the majority will win.

Keep in mind that, obviously, camping sites will be cheaper to hire, but will be less comfortable.

If the camp site ends up being the winning vote, for the length of time we will be staying there, the cost is roughly at $503 (split between two) for an unpowered site, but for a powered site, it will be at $541.50 (between two). Additional people are at $8 each.

However, if the cabins win out, the cost will be at roughly $2850, and that cost is split between 5, as 5 people can fit in a cabin. So roughly $570 each.

We will be taking the Jet, and I am aware that some of the students are teleporters, or have access to teleporters, but that is a matter to arrange with Professor Xavier, or myself. If no one comes to tell me otherwise, I will assume everyone is going on the Jet.

Part of this camp will entail spending Christmas in Australia, and if anyone's parents have a problem with this, they can ring the school and ask for me.
