24 November 2003 - Yay! Weapons!

Nessa and Michelle

Faith

Faith opened the door and padded out barefoot to check the mail. She found a large box there, and frowned slightly. It wasn't ticking, so she lifted it easily, and went back into the house, kicking the door closed behind her.

"Hmmm..."

She went into the living room, where Zac was, and she flipped a dagger from her back pocket and cut the top of the box open. She opened the box and yelped in excitement.

"Yay! Weapons!" she cried, pulling out the Ninja Cyclones.

Zac

Zac poked his head through the doorway.

"What's this?" he asked. "Have you subscribed to some sort of weapons mailing list or something?"

Faith

Faith looked up.

"Kinda..."

She pulled out the Molotoch Slayer sword.

"Xander and I went through a catalogue and ordered some new weapons for me... whoa... this thing is pretty."

She pulled out the Air Sabre Vampire stars.

"Oooh... ok, totally using these things."

Zac

"Ahh, I see," Zac said, nodding.

He joined her at the box and peered in.

"Yes... you're gonna have fun with these, aren'tcha?"

Faith

Faith grinned, her eyes lighting up as though she was a kid at Christmas.

"Yup!"

She reached in and pulled out the Leviathan dagger.

"Awwwie, last one. But this thing is a thing of beauty."

She turned to Zac, eyes glittering.

"Come on, let's go kill something!"

Zac

Zac eyed the dagger consideringly, then shrugged.

"Okay," he said, a gleeful grin appearing on his face. "Whatever turns you on."

Faith

"YAY!"

Faith bounced slightly as she got to her feet.

"Weapons!"

She moved over and kissed Zac deeply.

Zac

Zac kissed her back passionately for a bit.

"Hmm... remind me to send Xander a thank you card," he joked.

Faith

Faith smiled.

"I can't help it, it's exciting... it's weapons... it's slaying. Slaying is good. Killing things is fun. So come on..."

She tucked the dagger into the back of her pants and then grabbed the throwing stars.

Zac

Zac grinned.

"Okay then," he said.

He stretched his arms over his head.

"Well, I'm ready when you are."

Faith

"Yay! Killing!"

Faith grabbed Zac's hand and half dragged him from her house. She looked left, then right, then went left.

Zac

Zac chuckled.

"I'm so glad you remembered to lock up," he grinned, teasing. "And I hope you don't get us lost..."

Faith

Faith turned and stuck her tongue out at him.

"Ohh shooosh."

She cocked her head for a moment then pushed Zac out of the way as a vampire jumped onto her back. She rolled out from under it and flipped to her feet, looking happy.

"Hi!" she said happily, roundhouse kicking the vamp to the ground. "Guess what!"

The vampire growled at her.

"I got new weapons!" Faith pulled out the Leviathan and slashed his arm. "See, pretty!"

"I'll kill you for that," the vampire growled, going to punch her.

"For that?" Faith ducked. "What were you trying to kill me for before?" She sliced the vampire's head off and brushed the dust from her pants and grinned, turning to Zac.

"Yay."

Zac

Zac laughed.

"Very good," he grinned. "You're so good at this. By the way, there's another one over there."

Faith

"Why thank you... and I'll thank you properly later for that."

Faith pulled out a throwing star and threw it quickly, watching it glide through the air and slice the vamp's head off, and fall to the ground with a clang.

"Fun."

She went over and retrieved the star, and stood up, rolling her eyes slightly.

"It's not like I don't know you're there... so come on, let's get this over with so I can go home and screw my boy."

She turned in time to see another vampire step out of the bushes.

"See, no point trying to be stealthy... it doesn't really work for you."

Faith kicked the vamp to the other side of the street and jumped on the road, and went to kill it. She beat it around some, even getting punched a few times, then killed it.

Zac

Zac grinned as he watched. Then the grin drained as he sensed a colder temperature approach, and he was certain it wasn't simply wind. He turned his head slightly and then with a yelp somehow managed to heat the vampire through to exploding point.

He gulped. Okay, that has been close.

Faith

Faith trotted back over to Zac, looking pleased with herself, and sweating slightly.

"You ok?" she asked.

She looked behind him to see a group of vampires heading for a small manhole in the road.

"Ooh, found a nest," she said, grinning.

Faith flipped out the leviathan and prowled over to the manhole. Looking at Zac, she shrugged and jumped in.

"Ohh... three against one... nice."

And she set about killing them.

Zac

"Yep, fine... just don't like it when they sneak up on me like that," Zac said.

He watched admiringly as Faith went about dusting the vampires.

Faith

Faith brushed her clothes off and went back over to Zac, beads of sweat appearing on her chest.

"So..."

She looked at her watch and groaned.

"I said I'd work tonight... so if you feel up to going to P3?"

Zac

Zac nodded slowly.

"Sure," he said.

He put one hand on the back of her head and kissed her briefly.

Faith

Faith kissed him back.

"Hmmm, I'll need to have a shower and get changed..."

They walked back to Faith's house and she bounded up for the shower.

Zac

Zac decided to behave himself this time and didn't follow Faith into the shower. If he did that, they would be in there all night.

Faith

Faith finished her shower, dried off then dressed in black fishnets, a short black skirt, and a black halter neck shirt.

She went into her bedroom and searched around for her knee high boots.

Zac

Zac looked Faith up and down.

"You're trying to turn me on on purpose, aren't you?" he teased.

Faith

Faith grinned and walked over to kiss him.

"Mmmm, I'm trying."

She bent slightly to zip her shoes, then unclipped her hair and let it fall onto her shoulders.

"Is it working?"

Zac

Zac grinned.

"Do you even have to ask?" he chuckled.

Faith

Faith grinned wickedly and took Zac's hand, placing it under her skirt, letting him feel the no underwear situation.

"So... I'll ask again... is it working?"

Zac

Zac stared, then the grin returned.

"Let me put it this way... would you get upset if I put my fingers... oh... certain places right now?"

Faith

Faith moved away from him and smiled coyly at him.

"Now, now... I have to go to work..."

She grabbed his hand and pulled him over for a kiss.

"Come on, let's go."

Zac

Zac and Faith made their way to P3.

"Hmm..." Zac said thoughtfully. "And I suppose you're going to abandon me for the bar now?"

He gave her a cheeky grin.

Faith

Faith kissed him softly.

"I think I could dance for a bit."

Zac

"Really?" Zac asked, his eyes lighting up. "Goody."

He took her down to the floor, mischeviously putting on hand on her behind.

Faith and Piper

Faith grinned and leaned her head on Zac's shoulder briefly, then started to dance, ignoring Piper's exasperated look from the bar.

Zac

Zac smiled and held her close as they danced for a song.

"I'll let you go now," he said when the song finished. "Piper's giving us dirty looks."

Faith and Piper

"Mmmhmmm, coz she knows I have a way hotter lover."

Faith kissed Zac's cheek, then headed over to the bar, hopping over quickly, and starting to work.

"How's Zac?" Piper asked.

"Ummmm... he's very goooood."

Zac

Zac wandered over to the juke box and considered the options. Then, just to be malicious, he selected three Hanson songs.

Then he left the scene of the crime.

Faith

Faith flipped a bottle in her hands and grinned slightly as "Where's The Love" came on.

She looked over at Zac as Piper giggled.

"Was that him?"

"Yep."

Zac

Zac caught Faith's eye and winked. Then he made his way over to the pool tables and racked himself up.

"You playing yourself? Or do you have a partner?" asked a nearby woman.

"I have a partner," Zac grinned. "But she can't play pool with me at the moment."

"Ahh... well then, can I join you for a game then?"

"Sure. I'm Zac."

"Marie."

Piper and Faith

Piper grinned. "Zac's fraternising with other women."

"Mmmmhmmm," Faith agreed, opening a bottle and sliding it across the bar. "And yet... I'm not worried."

Zac

Zac broke. None went in, so Marie took a shot. And missed too. Zac got on in on his next go.

"I'm stripes," Zac said.

Marie nodded.

Zac missed on his next. Marie missed. Zac missed. Marie got two in before she missed again. Zac got one in. Marie got one in. Zac missed. Marie missed. Zac managed to get three in, two at the same time.

"Cool."

"Thanks."

So, Zac had two balls left and Marie had four.

Faith

From what Faith could tell, Zac was winning his game, so she decided to go distract him and make him lose.

She jumped over the bar and sidled up to him and kissed his neck.

Zac

"Hey baby," he said.

He kissed her back. Marie eyed them for a moment and took her shot. She missed.

"Your shot," she said.

Zac nodded and considered the table, then started to line up his next shot.

Faith

Faith grinned cheekily and stood behind Zac, putting her hands around his waist. She waited till he was about to take the shot, then slid her hand down his pants.

Zac

The cue ball jumped, hit the ball, and knocked it away from the pocket.

"Hey..." Zac objected.

Marie gave them a look, but decided she didn't want to know, and starting lining up her next shot.

Faith

Faith grinned and kissed his neck.

"Awwww."

She pulled her hand from his pants.

Zac

Marie made her shot, but missed the next. Zac wagged a finger at Faith.

"Bad girl," he said.

He moved away from her to line up his next shot, keeping one eye on Faith. He hit the cue ball sooner than he normall would, and only just missed.

Marie sunk her next ball. They were two for two.

Faith

Faith raised an eyebrow.

"You knew that when you met me," she said.

She thought for a second, then as Zac was lining up for his shot, she whispered something incredibly dirty in his ear, sliding a hand down his pants again, and squeezing gently.

Zac

"Faith..." Zac complained. "Don't you have work to do?"

He sincerely wished she wasn't feeling him up like this in public. Dirty comments he could handle, but this...

He carefully lined up his shot, hoping Faith wasn't distracting him too much.

Zac grinned as the ball sank.

"Ha ha."

Faith

Faith nodded.

"Probably do."

She flounced off and went to dance in the middle of a group of guys.

Zac

"That your girlfriend?" asked Marie as Zac lined up his last ball.

"Yep."

"Been together long?"

"We're engaged."

"Ahh."

Zac managed to hit the last ball in, but missed the black.

"And you're letting her flirt with all those guys over there?"

"I trust her. I'm not worried."

Although Maire managed to knock in one of her balls, she missed her last.

"I would be," Marie commented.

Zac shrugged and sunk the black.

"Good game," Marie said.

Zac nodded.

"Yep."

Faith

Faith grinned as some guy handed her his number.

"Thanks, but not likely," she said sweetly. She skipped off and foun another group of guys to flirt with.

Zac

Zac wandered over to Faith and tapped her on the shoulder.

"Another dance?" he asked.

Faith

"Okies."

Faith moved away from the guys, hearing a chorus of boos as she put her arms around Zac's neck and leaned her head on his shoulder.

She yawned slightly.

Zac

Zac held her close to him, ignoring Faith's admirers.

"Tired huh? When's your shift over?"

Faith

"Um..."

Faith looked at her watch.

"Whenever, I guess."

"Wanna dance?" one of the guys came up behind Zac.

"Um... how about... nope."

Zac

Zac flicked a hand at him.

"Scat rat," he dismissed.

He kissed Faith's cheek.

"Well, I'm ready to go home whenever you are."

Faith and Piper

"Yeah, I'll just get my stuff."

Faith kissed him softly and pulled away from him, and walked over to the bar, where Piper gave her money and her jacket.

"Taa muchly."

She walked back over to Zac and yawned again.

Zac

Zac put his arm around her and started to the door.

"Aww, my poor little Faithy's all tired," he said. "I'll just have to tuck you straight into bed when we get back."

Faith

"Not tired," Faith insisted stubbornly.

"But... you can tuck me in."

Zac

Zac grinned.

"I can work with that," he said as they stepped out into the cold night air.

Faith

Faith pulled her skirt down a little.

"Well that's comforting. I need to get undressed... but not now... well obviously."

Zac

"Yeah..." Zac grinned. "But when we get back... I'll gladly help you with that strenuious task."

Faith

Faith shook her head.

"Well, thank you, I'm glad I have a man servant."

She started to lead him home.

"You know... maybe we should think about... oh I don't know, you moving in or something."

Zac

"Ah ha!" Zac exclaimed. "That's it! That's what I thought of yesterday, and then couldn't remember two seconds later. Moving in. Because... how many bedrooms does your place have again? I don't remember... I've only ever been in the one..."

Faith

"Wonder why that is..." Faith said dryly.

She thought for a second.

"Three... but one is where I do my training... so two rooms that are livable in... so Saku could fit... but then, that causes the problem of, if Brand agrees to come to Tulsa..."

Zac

"Hmm..." Zac frowned. "And then there's Dez's baby... who's gonna be born in... March I think. Okay, that's a while away now, and he or she could probably share with Saku, at least in the beginning... but yeah..."

Zac blushed a little at the mention of Desiree.

Faith

Faith raised an eyebrow.

"You know, at the rate you seem to be going, I'm not gonna have to have a baby."

Zac

"At the rate I seem to be going," Zac corrected with an embarrassed grin, "you're not going to have much choice in the matter. Unless we never have sex ever again. And somehow I don't think either of us would be able to do that."

Faith

Faith grinned evilly.

"Maybe... maybe not."

Zac

Zac look pained.

"Faithy... you wouldn't hold out on me would you? That would really suck... Besides, I'm really looking forward to being accused of favourtism."

Faith

Faith shrugged.

"I don't know... would I hold out on you?"

Zac

Zac said nothing for a moment.

"I'm not gonna answer," he said at last. "Because anything I say will only dig my own grave. So it's better to say nothing. Anyway... umm, yes... about the house and moving in and whatever... Umm... maybe... just maybe... we should consider getting our own place. Or... we could see if we could get an extension on yours?"

Faith

Faith grinned.

"Yeah, any of the aforementioned sound good..."

She led them up the stairs and unlocked the door.

Zac

"Okay then, well, we'll have to look into those options at some point," Zac said.

He rested his hand on her hip and followed her inside.

Faith

Faith closed the door behind them and locked it. She yawned again as she led him up the stairs to her bedroom.

"Tiiired," she said softly.

Zac

"Aww," said Zac.

He promptly picked her up and carried her to her bedroom, then gently laid her down on the bed.

"You need my help to get undressed too?" he teased.

Faith

Faith nodded.

"I think so..."

She smiled cheekily.

Zac

Zac grinned back just as cheeky.

He unzipped her boots, and worked his way up to her shirt. Along the way, he was not exactly very 'careful' about where he put his hands.

Faith

Faith giggled slightly as his fingertips tickled her slightly.

"See, this is why I love you."

Zac

"Why?" Zac asked, stripping himself off. "Because I'm more than happy to be your willing slave and cater to your every whim before you ask?"

He grinned broadly.

Faith

"In a nutshell, yes."

Faith smiled at him and pulled him down for a kiss.

Zac

Zac kissed her deeply, then laid down beside her, one arm around her.

"Mmm... I love you, Faithy," he said.

Faith

"I love you too, Zac."

Faith leaned over to kiss him again, her hands exploring down south.

Zac

Zac smiled and massaged her, snuggling closer. He kissed her neck.

"I don't know what I would ever do without you," he whispered.

Faith

"Um... be at home still?"

Faith smiled at him, turning her head to kiss him properly.

Zac

Zac grinned.

"Probably."

He sighed.

"Good night, Faithy."

Faith

Faith smiled and rolled over slightly.

"Night."
