25 October 2003 - Handing Over The Forms

AiMsTeR and Angie

Chloe

Chloe flipped through the papers to make sure they were all there, before stepping up to the front door.

She'd checked the address about five times. This was definately it.

Glancing over her shoulder, she rang the doorbell, and waited for a reply.

Aaralyn

Aaralyn looked up from her book to the door persuming it was Thackery, or Steel. She threw down her book not really concentrating too many thoughts flooded her mind.

When she hopened the door she was a bit surprised.

" Hey."

Aaralyn said as she saw a girl at her door.

" Who are you?"

Chloe

"Hey... Aaralyn?" Chloe chewed her bottom lip for a moment.

"My name's Chloe, I'm an... associate of Steel's. I have enrollment forms for you and Thackery."

Aaralyn

Aaralyn smiled.

" Oh hey Chloe. Steel mentioned you before. It's nice to meet you. Thanks for the forms, I'll have Thackery fill one out as soon as he comes over."

Aaralyn said with a smile.

Chloe

"Ah, ok..."

Chloe looked down, then held out the papers.

"Here they are. Have... do you need help filling them out? If you're not used to alien society you might not understand some things..."

Aaralyn

Aaralyn took the papers and stepped aside.

" Yea come in, I'll give Thackery a ring to see if he'll come over and then that way everything is out of the way."

Aaralyn said while she held the door open a bit more for her to step through.

Chloe

"Thanks."

Chloe stepped through, looking around as she did so.

"If you manage to fill them out I could probably take them back this afternoon. But I won't rush you."

Aaralyn

Aaralyn nodded.

" It's alright, it's better to be safe than sorry, plus I agree fully with Steel. I would have registered if I would have known, but I have only recently learnt of this, and about a year or so ago, discovered I was not as normal as other High School girls, but I dropped out to avoid further problems."

Aaralyn paused and then walked to the telephone.

" Feel free to help yourself to anything. There's some soda, punch, and water in the refridgerator. I'll ring Thackery."

She paused to dial the number. A moment later a smile spread across her lips.

" Hey Thacks, come over an associate of Steel's is over to help us feel out the paperwork to enroll."

Aaralyn paused. Then placed her right hand on her hip.

" Thackery, you will be here in 5 minuets or I will personally come over and lead you here by your ears. Get the stick out of your arse and lose the attitude. I am in NO mood to put up with it today."

Aaralyn paused.

" Then you'll be talking to an inanimate object next time you come over. Please Thackery...just come over, if you do after we enroll I'll talk, I'll fill you in on what I said to steel."

She gave a sigh.

" Ok sweets see you in 5. Bye."

Aaralyn hung up the phone and shook her head.

" He'll be over in 5 minuets.

Chloe

Chloe nodded, sitting at the table.

"It's a nice place you have here."

She leant over a little, to see the forms.

"Ok, basically the first part is obvious... address, contact numbers, email, SN and stuff," she pointed it out, "then it goes into your powers and heritage and stuff."

Aaralyn

Aaralyn looked around.

" Thank you for the compliment on the house it took a week to get this stuff delivered."

She approached Chloe and looked down at the forums.

" There's kind of a problem with heritage. If your talking about alien heritage then I only know my dad was a Smirellian, like myself and that my mother is human. If your talking human heritage than I'm a bit of everything. Over quarter italian, some german...but I really only know my father that was, no one in my mother's side was an alien."

Aaralyn sighed as she heard the doorbell ring. She went and answered it smiling she discovered Thackery leaning against the door with raised eyebrows.

" Why did you call me sweets?"

Thackery asked surprised.

Aaralyn raised her eyebrows.

" I did not. Now come on we have forms to fill out."

Aaralyn said as Thackery walked in and over to the table where he sat down.

Aaralyn sighed.

" Chill it Thacks this isn't like it's a big deal."

Aaralyn said again joining Thackery at the table along with Chloe

Chloe

Chloe shifted slightly when Thackery entered.

"Heritage is one and the same. Even if you're a hybrid. They just want to know wher eyour family originally came from, and they're only interested in the alien side," she explained, "so if your father originally came from Italy, we'll just put Italian for you parents. But if you were born here, you're classed as American anyway."

Aaralyn and Thackery

Aaralyn nodded.

" Sounds simple enough." She said as she handed Thackery his.

He sighed and took a pen that was in the pen hold on the table and began to fill his out. Aaralyn sighed and grabbed a pen, taken her time to fill out the correct information. About 20 minuets later Aaralyn set her pen down and handed back hers to Chloe, just as Thackery finished his.

Aaralyn smiled and took the paper from Thackery handing it to Chloe.

" All the information should be correct"

Aaralyn said looking to Thackery unsure.

Thackery nodded.

Chloe

Chloe took the papers and looked them over with a nod.

"Ok. If there's anything wrong we'll get back to you. Either me or one of the guys. You'll probably meet quite a few new people."

She looked up suddenly.

"Steel warned you of some people, right? Like Chris and Craig?"

Aaralyn and Thackery

Aaralyn nodded.

" Unfortunatly yes, he warned me about Christian, the eye, Spook, and another. I'll be sure to not cross paths."

Thackery raised his eyebrows.

" I wasn't informed of anyone."

Aaralyn sighed.

" Steel gave me the update I'll fill you in. Steel gave me the 411 on the villans."

Thackery nodded sighing softly.

" Ok, and then I want you to tell me you discussed because I missed out on all or almost all the conversation you guys had."

Thackery said.

Aaralyn shrugged.

" Fine but it's not like you can do anything much to help me Thacks."

Aaralyn replied while looking to Chloe.

" Thanks again for bringing the forms."

Chloe

"Christian isn't all that bad, unless you get on the wrong side of him," Chloe insisted, glancing at Thackery.

"I ah... but I guess just being alien could put you on the wrong side. He's a hunter after all. But there is a few he won't touch. Like Taylor Hanson, Steel and me."

She hesitated, thinking of how worried he'd looked when she last saw him.

"I was the last person to see him when he was... kidnapped by Spook. He gave himself up for me."

She held the tears back as she looked to the ground.

Thackery and Aaralyn

Thackery looked to Aaralyn and raised his eyebrows.

Aaralyn smiled a little.

" He seems nice enough if he gave himself up for you, but the whole killing your own species does not seem appealing to me. Mostly because I'm worried about Max Archer. My old boyfriend, if he knows aliens exist, and he wants me back or dead or whatever, then he could go to an alien hunter right? Do alien hunters kill for humans? That's what worries me the most.

Thackery raised his eyes.

" Aaralyn, really fill me in on the details here."

Aaralyn nodded.

" In a bit Thackery."

Aaralyn then turned toward Chloe.

" Would hunters do jobs for humans or just strictly other aliens?" Aaralyn felt a bit sick now, she was worried that if her boyfriend wanted he could always suceed.

Chloe

"It depends on the hunter," Chloe shrugged.

"Christian is open to all species. I don't know that he'd do something for a human though... he hates them after what they've done to he and Taylor. If he found a human that knew of aliens he'd probably kill them outright."

She sighed.

"Hunting is just a way of life for them. Christian grew up with it, he can't help but do it."

Aaralyn and Thackery

Aaralyn nodded.

" Well I wouldn't be surprised if he found out about me."

Thackery folded his arms.

" Ok seriously Aaralyn you need to fill me in on the details." Aaralyn turned to him.

" I said later alright, just sit tight and shut up."

Aaralyn snapped to Thackery as she rubbed her temples.

" Max is unpredictable, and I seriously need to make sure my computer doesn't link back to me. I'll have to change my account later."

She murmered. Then back to Chloe.

" Thank You for stopping by with the forms."

Chloe

"No problem," Chloe shrugged.

She stood up.

"I might mail these to Mr. Hanson. If this Max guy knows about aliens and feels he has the need to exploit them, we might have to get a telepath onto him. We won't have a choice."

Aaralyn

Aaralyn shook her head.

" I don't know if that would help any. I don't even know where he lives. He always use to pick me up on the dates and to parties. Unless there's a picture extractor alien around here that can extract a picture of him from my head then it's highly doubtful."

Aaralyn went and got a drink from the fridge and opened it. Taking a sip and then leaning against the wall.

" I'll fill Thackery in on details then see what I can do about my computer."

Aaralyn paused taking another sip then setting it down on the table.

" You and Steel can drop by anytime you'd like. Thanks again for the forms."

Aaralyn extended her hand.

Chloe

"You really don't know much about telepaths, do you?" Chloe raised an eyebrow, shaking her hand.

"A telepath deals with communication through the mind, and mind control. They can pick absolutely anything you've seen, heard or thought about out of your head, and they can adjust your thoughts. Make you think you've seen, heard, or done something that you haven't. They can also erase memories, and that's just a start."

She sighed.

"If we can get a telepath to Max, he'll never worry you again."

Without waiting for a reply, Chloe left.

Aaralyn and Thackery

Aaralyn just shook her head before sitting down at the table and faced Thackery.

" Well I suppose I owe you an explanation huh? Or Rather the full story."

Aaralyn paused and shut her eyes breifly.

She took a deep breath and began, still having an uneasy feeling in her stomach and mind about the whole thing.
