"The evil Essence is genderless." Gib explained.
"You have to admit, it's kinda ironic." Isaac said. "You know, the Essence of the Deadly Silence calling herself - ahh, itself - Angel."
"So, I, I guess we'd better be going." Zac said, looking at the spot Justin had once been and shuddering.
And so they began. Zac was feeling rather annoyed that he didn't practice as much as Ezara said he should.
They went further into the cave, keeping an eye out for any sign of Ezara - or Angel.
"Hello?" a voice echoed. "Is someone there?"
"Ezara?" Zac answered, recognising the voice. "Ezara?"
"Zac! Over here!"
"Where?"
"Damn these echos." Taylor muttered.
"Zac? Use your power! Your power can find me!"
"Are you so sure about that?" came a voice.
It was Angel. She smiled at Zac smugly. Zac immediately reacted by reaching out his hand and trying his power on her.
"You're not strong enough Zaccy-poo." She sneered.
And with a flick of her wrist sent him sprawling.
"Angel!" another voice said.
And for once Angel looked worried.
"Rack off Fireball."
And so appeared a, well, a fire ball. With legs and arms and a head, but essentially, a fire ball.
"No." and on that Fireball shot a, well, a fire ball at Angel.
Angel dodged and started shooting stuff back.
"Quick, while she's distracted." Isaac murmured to Zac.
Zac got up and concentrated on finding Ezara with his powers. It appeared to work for they started moving away from the fight, and towards…
"Ezara!"
"Zac!"
