She was stuck in a part of the cave that looked unnaturally like a cage.
"Allow me." Isaac said.
In a few moments, Ezara was free. Isaac had used his telekinesis to crush the 'bars'.
"Great. Now lets get back." Zac said.
He pulled one of Kristin's crystal necklaces out of his pocket and put it around Ezara's neck.
"Ok, now all we have to do is focus on getting back to the base," He told her, "and these necklaces will take us back."
"Ok."
In a few moments they were back at the base. In fact everyone that had been on the original team was back at the base.
"Pizza anyone?" Michelangelo asked. "We've got one with everything dudes."
"Umm, call me dim, but I'm a little lost. What's going on?" Ezara said.
"Ok, guess we'd better fill you in." Zac said. "Let me see… it all started when you appeared in my mirror one night and said I had these powers, and I was the only one who could defeat a Deadly Silence that was coming."
"I know that." Ezara said.
"And you told me to practice," Zac continued with a smile, "but I was lazy and didn't really believe you, so I didn't practice that much. And then, one day, you weren't chick in the mirror, you were real and you even had a name. And so we practiced together. And I asked for help, and you said 'oh ok, we can ask your brothers', so we did. And they agreed."
Isaac and Taylor grinned at the look on Ezara's face.
"And then we found out that the Essence of the Deadly Silence was in this big ol' house. So we went in, got separated, and you got kidnapped. So after we each defeated some of the Essence's minions, we went out and bashed up some more minions - the souls of fears I believe. And then Janet and her freaky friends showed up…"
"Hey!"
"And we all kicked souls of fears butts." Zac grinned. "And by this time, Taylor was out for the count. Then Kristin and the super cats appeared, and we came here, where we met the super cats mentor, Slink. Taylor and Kristin were both unconscious for awhile, but then they woke up, started dating, and it turned out that Kristin was this Crystal Master, who could stop the Essence from changing the lay of the land."
Kristin smiled shyly.
"Anyway, we got this note sent by a vampire to tell us to go to the Vampire Valley. So Janet here - our interdimensional summoner, called up the Smurfs to be scouts to find the way to the Vampire Valley, because vampires can't smell Smurfs and couldn't drink their blood anyway. So once they found the Vampire Valley, we got together a fighting force and went there to try and rescue you. And we kicked vampire butt. Especially Buffy, but she was barbequed when one turned into a dragon."
Ezara looked concerned.
"So then the dragon (who turns out to be the Essence's nephew - however that works), grabbed Ikey-poos and started to fly off. So Tay and I jumped aboard, and Rogue and Archangel flew on after. But then the dragon wrapped us all in this tail and we were taken to the cave, where we met our alien friends here, Gib, Tuj, Kob and Bessinbetta. And we also met Justin Timberlake, who apparently had some power because of his hair. But the dragon made him go bald and the Essence appeared and drank all the life out of him so that he faded away. Oh, and by the way, it turns out that the Essence is really Angel."
"Angel?" Janet repeated, wide-eyed. "Really?"
"Yes really. So we go in the cave and when we finally think we've found Ezara, Angel turns up again. But she gets into a fight with someone named Fireball. So while they're fighting we sneak off, rescue you and come back here, only to find that Kristin has been commentating the whole vampire-and-cave-thing as she watched us in her crystal ball." Zac finished. "Hey Mike? Any pizza left?"
