"My dear Bree, you get top marks for conspiracies." Zac commented smugly.
He had just spoken to Jess about the idea. Jess gleefully agreed (she had been wanting to set Ike and Laura up too). It was now a matter of timing.
And it came one day. It was raining outside so a water fight between buses just wasn't the same. Everyone was bored.
"Does anyone want a game of 'Truth or Dare'?" Jess suggested.
"That game is so dumb." Taylor commented.
"Is not."
"Is so."
"Is not."
"Is so."
"Is -"
"I'll play Jess. Goodness knows I'm so bored, it's better than nothing." Isaac said.
"Yeah, me too." Zac added. "Taylor?"
He threw up his hands in defeat.
"Yeah, okay."
"Laura? You wanna play 'Truth or Dare' with us?" Jess asked.
She shrugged.
"Ok."
There were a few stupid, nothing-out-of-the-ordinary type dares and questions going around for a while, then Zac decided it was time. After having to dance around in a circle with whipped cream on his nose and singing 'Humpty Dumpty', he said down and turned to Isaac with a devilish expression.
"Ikey-poos, truth or dare?"
"Dare."
Well, duh, as if he was gonna say otherwise!
"I dare you to full-on pash Laura for ten minutes and don't forget the tongue either."
Jess giggled. Laura went visibly red and Isaac gave him an amused look.
"You just don't give up do you?" he commented dryly.
"Nope." Zac replied triumphantly, noting the condescending look on Taylors' face.
Isaac shook his head in disgust, then leaned over and kissed Laura. His arms wrapped around her. They started seeming to get so much into it, that Laura actually started finding that she was leaning back.
"Times up." Taylor said. "Uhh, I said times up..."
Isaac pulled away from her, both of them rather flushed.
"Aww. See, I bet you've wanted to do that for a long time." Zac teased. "You make such a cute couple."
He and Jess laughed. Taylor looked at Isaac shaking his head.
"Kids." He joked.
