"I'm looking for Diana Hanson." He said to the nurse.
She checked the computer, then told him where to find her.
Hurriedly, Walker went into the room.
"Hi Honey." She said.
"Are you all right? Where's Rita?"
"I'm fine, my ankle's just broken. It got stuck." Diana answered. "Rita's fine too. Barely a scratch on her. She's in Taylors' room. I was just about to meet them."
"Ok."
What a surprise awaited them when they arrived. When they approached the door, they heard Rita talking. This they could understand, but what made them curious, was the voice that answered her.
"Taylor?" Diana gasped.
"Hi Mom." He replied.
Diana hobbled over (she would have rushed, but like you know, her ankle was broken) and gave him a hug.
"You're awake." Walker said, stating the obvious.
"Umm, yep."
Walker too, gave him a hug.
"Are you allowed to go home?"
Taylor nodded.
"Yeah, they don't have any more reason to keep me here."
"Well, have you got everything? Because we can go now if you're ready."
"Great. Let's go."
**********
Ahh, such a touching reunion when they arrived home. Naturally, everyone had been worried about Diana and Rita when they heard about the accident, so they were relieved to learn they were fine. And, of course, when Taylor walked through the door, there were hugs and kisses and what not all around.
"So, how many songs did ya write without me?" Taylor asked, smiling.
"Without you?" Isaac asked. "Well, let me see, we've written close to 200 songs, and you've helped write -"
"Ha ha ha, black-eyed boy. You know what I mean."
"I actually wrote a song about Ike getting beaten up by Babsie." Zac informed him. "It's called 'Wimp'."
Taylor laughed.
"And you can head bang to it." Zac continued.
"How come I'm not surprised?"
It may be pointed out that Taylor (like Zac) had no intention of letting Isaac live down his black eye (which had been 'such a beauty' that it was still there a week after he'd received it).
The following day, Taylor and Rita finally set out on their delayed Honeymoon. Diana started making plans (without their knowledge) of some sort of a reception for the day after they were due to return home.
