"Avie!" Diana said, giving her daughter a hug. "Oh, we missed you so much."
Avie grinned.
"I missed you guys too. Wow, it's so good to be home."
"Hey Avie!" Babsie said, holding one of the twins. "So, did Jarod finally sound-proof Nicks' room?"
Avie laughed.
"Yeah, he did actually. So which twin is this?"
"Esmerelda Faith. And Ike's holding Carmen Babette."
"Ooh, Esmerelda. I like it. So, what are you calling them by?"
"Esme and Carmen."
"You know what Rebekah and Brad are calling you now?"
"What?
"The next Molly Meldrum."
"Really? Oh gee, well... an honour for me but an insult to him no doubt."
Avie giggled.
"So, ahh, you planning on staying next season?" Walker asked.
"Well, yeah, I really want to." Avie answered. "Besides, I uhh, I met this guy..."
"Ooh, got a boyfriend?" Jess asked. "Is he cute?"
"Yeah. And you keep your claws off him." She teased.
"Wouldn't want him. Besides, I've got Austin."
"Oh? You're still seeing him?"
"Yep."
"So, what's this dudes' name?" Zac asked.
"Trey."
"Hodges?" Babsie asked.
"No. Spenser."
"Never heard of him. But at least it isn't Hodges. If you ever meet a Trey Hodges, and he makes moves on ya, kick him where the sun don't shine."
"Why?"
"You never want to learn the answer to that question."
"Ook, right."
"So, did you ever agree to do that CD?" Taylor cut in.
Avie looked a little embarrassed.
"Well, I ahh, I haven't really decided yet... I, I don't know."
"Well, you should do it. You're really good."
"We're really good too!" Zoe insisted. "Me and Mackie wroted a song Avie. Wanna hear it?"
"Sure, I'd love too."
"Can we hear it too?" Taylor asked. "Please?"
