"Oh. My. Gosh." Blake exclaimed, eyes wide.
"I didn't know Zac could do that." Taylor said, staring.
"Neither did I."
"What happened?" asked Blake's brother.
"Oh, uhh, James? You will never believe this. Zac Hanson just turned into a puddle of water." Blake told him, still amazed.
"Ike! He's heading for the drain!" Taylor cried, trying to ignore the pounding on his telepathic shield that had begun.
"Damn! Wait!"
Isaac held out his hand a little way and created a force field around Zac's puddle. It was kind of a strange puddle though because there were sparks of electricity coming off it.
"What did you do?" Blake asked.
"I created a force field. See, uhh… we have these powers." Isaac admitted.
"And if I wasn't seeing it, there's no way I would believe it." Blake answered.
Isaac and Taylor smiled.
"As well as force fields, I'm also a shape shifter, telekinetic and telepathic… say, I have an idea."
Isaac concentrated, added a telepathic element to the force field around Zac. As a result, the puddle started reverting back into Zac's human shape, but he remained water. And there were still sparks of electricity flickering around him.
"Whoa. How weird is this?" Zac said, although it sounded rather strange, like there was someone blowing bubbles in their drink in the background.
"Hmm, my guess is that the enhancing power is partly telepathic." Isaac frowned. "Which would explain why my force field doesn't block it out entirely."
"Look, ahh, I'd hate to be a party pooper," Taylor said after Blake finished telling James what he'd just seen. "but we'd better move Zac out of your enhancement range James, before someone else sees him like this."
"James?" Zac repeated. "But I thought you said it was Blake."
"Well, I was wrong." Taylor answered. "Isn't it obvious? You didn't turn into water and there wasn't any pounding on my telepathic block when Blake was here by himself."
"Umm, I hope you guys plan on filling us in." James said.
"Yeah, I will." Isaac replied. "Umm, would you guys mind moving over there? I'll be with you as soon as Zac's gone completely human again."
"Ike, I seriously doubt Zac will ever be completely human." Taylor joked. "In fact, I'm not sure he's even human at all."
