“Oh, I wish I could come with you.”
Taylor nuzzled her neck.
“You still could...” he said hopefully.
“You know I can’t.”
“Yeah, I do,” he replied woefully. “But that doesn’t mean I have to like it.”
Rosie smiled up at him.
“I’ll write a song for you, if you write a song for me,” she suggested.
“Done,” he smiled.
The Hansons had stopped briefly in Tulsa to change the contents in their bags and drop people home. They were going on a week-long cruise, promoted by MTV. There were going to be musicians coming out of their ears.
Isaac, Taylor and Zac had been invited, naturally, and were allowed to bring one person with them. Zac had invited Mary Anne. Isaac had invited Rachel, as she had made friends with his girlfriend Carla. Carla, her brother Nate and their dad, Doug, who had the magic troop, The Mystics, would be entertainment on the cruise, otherwise Isaac would have invited Carla.
Taylor had invited Rosie, but she wasn’t able to make it because of certain responsibilities she had at home, as her mother had been diagnosed with cancer and spend much time in the hospital. As a result, Taylor wasn’t sure who to bring, but wasn’t certain he wanted to bring anyone but Rosie.
Walker and Chris Sabec, as Hanson’s management, had also been invited, but both had turned down. Chris because of business, and Walker because he wanted to spend time with Diana. They figured Isaac, Taylor and Zac would be perfectly all right on their own.
“I’ll get some autographs for you,” Taylor said suddenly. “I’m not sure who else is going yet, though, so I can’t say who.”
“You will?”
“Promise.”
They talked a little longer before they had to part ways, Rosie to get dinner ready, Taylor to leave for the plane.

“Wow,” Zac whistled, stepping out of the limo that had picked them up from their hotel to the wharf.
“There’s a ton of people here,” Isaac commented. “I thought... oh wait, MTV is involved.”
That roused a few chuckles. On the one side they had celebrities and their guests, the cruise staff, MTV staff and anyone else who had to be there. On the other side they had more MTV staff and more fans than you could poke a stick at. Someone was already moving their luggage out of the limo.
“You know... if someone dropped a bomb here I think you’d wipe out half the worlds pop and rock stars,” Zac commented.
“Didn’t you say something similar about E3?” Taylor asked.
“Your point?”
“Oh my gosh! It’s Hanson!” a voice squealed from the crowd.
“There’s a word for this,” Mary Anne commented dryly. “Mayhem.”
Zac grinned.
“Hello boys,” said a man who’s MTV name tag said ‘Max’, “oh and girls. Umm... yes, these are your keys. This is Megan, she’ll show you to your cabins.”
“This way please,” Megan smiled pleasantly.
They picked up their bags and followed her down the pier. Fans yelled to them and they waved back. At once point they were stopped briefly by one of the MTV hosts, causing Megan to shift impatiently from one foot to another. They answered the few questions briefly and finally made it aboard the Ocean Harmony.
“I sense some irony in a cruise ship taking a bunch of musicians on a trip being called Ocean Harmony.” Zac commented.
