Chapter 7

Zac closed the door of the shower and wrapped the extension cord around the showerhead. Then he turned on the taps and reveled in the sensation of getting electrocuted.

"Ahh, they don't know what they're missin'." He said to himself.

Zac had managed to convince himself, through some sort of strange logic, that electrocuting yourself while washing got you much cleaner than if you didn't.

Of course, certain brothers made the crack that it was a pity it didn't do anything about the smell…

His mind drifted to Erin, the surfer chick he'd met.

"Nah, probably never see her again."

Still, he was rather disappointed at that thought.

Meanwhile, downstairs…

"Do you think you could do it?"

Rachel looked at Isaac hesitantly.

"Oh, gee, I don't know… Don't you think it's kinda mean?"

Isaac and Taylor gave her a look.

"That's the point." Taylor grinned.

"Typical."

"It's not like it'll hurt him." Isaac pointed out. "C'mon, the guy electrocutes himself in the shower!"

Rachel smiled.

"And he's crazy for that."

"He's Zac."

"Point taken."

"Look, we don't have to do it today, if ya wanna think about it." Taylor cut in diplomatically.

"Yeah, ok, I'll think about it."

"Oh this is gonna be so cool!" Isaac exulted.

"I haven't agreed to yet."

"Yet being the key word."

Rachel poked her tongue out at him.

"Hmm…" Taylor said. "What you say to putting that tongue to good use?"

"Ok, I'm leaving." Isaac said, standing up. "There are just some things you don't hang around to watch."
