Suddenly, Taylor pulled back. He was getting that feeling again. That there was something sinister within Amarita.
"What's wrong?" Amarita asked.
"I don't even like her, so why on earth am I kissing her?" Taylor wondered.
Amarita sensed this and immediately countered it.
"Tay?"
"Oh, I'm sorry, I was just thinking."
"Sinister? Yeah, right. Like there's something sinister about Ama. Ha!"
"About what?" Amarita asked, smiling flirtatiously.
"Uhh, how much I like you."
"Aww, isn't that sweet?"
Amarita now drew him close for a kiss. And kiss they did for the next five minutes, not even coming up for breath it seemed.
"What on earth?" exclaimed Isaac.
Amarita and Taylor pulled away, looking rather shame-faced at Isaac.
"Umm, hi Ike." Amarita said.
Isaac just stared at them, looking like he was going to cry. There was an awkward silence.
"I should have listened to Zac." Isaac said at last.
On that, he turned and walked sadly away.
Amarita watched him guiltily. Taylor was only confused. He had this gut feeling that something just wasn't adding up.
Then Amarita turned and touched his face.
"I love you, you know that."
Taylor smiled.
"Ditto."
