Update #20
Gold, the latest in a long time of Criminal Masterminds in the family, had come to the conclusion that their home was riddled with bugs. After all, she had many enemies, and goodness knew how many their family may have accumulated in past generations. To say nothing of the authorities!
Thus, she had a special team go through the house to seek out these bug she was certain was there. At first her family thought she was going senile in her old age - until the team found some so embedded in the house it had to be abandoned. Her daughters were freaked out to think that people had been spying on them (what could they have seen? Thank goodness for pixellation). And Jack IV suddenly got fearful about his research being stolen.
The new house
So soon after the team's visit, the family moved out of what had been their family home for generations, and moved into a new lot. Unable to take any of their personal things with them, they built a new house from scratch and bought all new furntiure. Gold even decided to put in an art gallery, knowing her's, Meg's and Jewel's love of painting. Jack IV decided to switch jobs from Inventor, and took one in business as a mailroom clerk, although by this time he was expecting an alien baby and couldn't actually go to work yet.
From the stars, after the stars
Not long after they had settled into their new house, Jack IV gave birth to a green baby boy, whom he named Orion.
And later that day, Meg also had a baby boy, Debit.
Soon Orion became a toddler, and the following day (a few hours later in the day makes all the difference) Debit also became a toddler.
A couple of days later it was Jewel and Gem's birthday, and they transitioned to adults. Jewel was promoted to Bank Robber and Gem was promoted to projectionist, although she was considering changing careers.

Jewel fell in love with, proposed to and married Remmington, their maid.
Update #21
Remmington, who got a job in the altheltic career track, was soon fired from hisjob. Gem also lost her job, due to a bad decision. Remmington reapplied for another job in althletics, while Gem switched to culinary.
Orion became a child, and the next day Debit also became a child.
Gold dies to 77 days in platinum. Her will benefitted 6 people.
Orion and Debit got into private school.

Jewel gave birth to a baby girl, Lapis.
Orion became a teen, of the popularity variety and took a job as a locker room attendant.
Debit also became a teen of the popularity variety.
Welcome to elderhood Meg
Meg became an elder.
Jack IV became a business tyccon.
Lapis became a child (okay so I missed when she became a toddler).
Jewel became a Criminal Mastermind, and also made her impossible want of $100,000.
Orion gambled with the elixier of life and lost. Thus, an adult, he moved out with Debit.
Jewel had a second baby girl, Opal.

Lapis became a teen of the knowledge variety and took a job as an orderly in the medical field.
Remmington was abducted by aliens.
Jack IV was demoted to President.

Remmington had a baby boy, Percy.
Gem was fired over a "Sporks of Steel" incident.
Meg died of old age at 76 days. Stingy woman that she was, all she had went to her son, Debit. Plus she was also sore that Gold had made Jewel the heir and not her.

Jack IV made it back to Buisness Tycoon. And then a few days later he drowned.
Percy became a child (yes I missed toddlerhood again).
Opal became a popularity sim at her transition to teen (it seems to be a 'popular' aspiration at the moment).
Lapis became an adult and was promoted to Nurse. She also get into a relationship with BJ Ryan, and proposed. But their wedding was put on hold when it was discovered that she was pregnant (and he couldn't move into the house... but there were only six althogether... hmm...)
Opal was rather upset when she saw her father, Remmington, kissing her Auntie Gem! Remmington and Gem had fallen madly in love with each other, possibly party due to Jewel's painting obsession always taking her away from spending time with her husband. Family sims need to be loved!
Remmington became a Hall of Famer.

Soon, Lapis gave birth to the Tenth Generation, twins in fact heralded this auspicious event. A boy and a girl, Lapis named them Jack V (after her unfortunate uncle and the other Jacks before him), and Ellanora II (after their illustrious founder).
