“Do you really have to go?” he asked her one day.
“Afraid so.”
“Why? Oh wait, I know. I don’t need you any more.”
Moira laughed softly, then put her hand on the lock of hair strung around his neck.
“I will always be with you. Just look after this.”
“I will.”
And she left.

Mel stared at Isaac. He stared back.
“Oh man, I’m so sorry,” they said at exactly the same time.
Then they laughed. Just a few moments before the two had been engrossed in a passionate kiss.
“Are you really sorry?” Mel asked tentatively.
Isaac chewed his lip for a moment, and then shook his head.
“No, I can’t say that I am.”
“I’m not really sorry either.”
There was quiet for a few moments.
“Wow this is awkward. All we did was kiss,” Isaac commented.
Mel chuckled.
“True. I guess it’s weird because we’ve both lost people we’ve loved to the point of marriage and…” Mel trailed off.
“And they’re gone.”
More silence.
“Mel, umm, look, I don’t know if anything would work out between us -”
“But we can’t just mope around forever?”
“Exactly.”
“We can just take it slow?”
“Very slow.”
“But not too slow.”

“This is such a cool site,” Zac said.
“You’re just saying that because you’re biased,” Cherry teased.
“Hey, any site involving me is cool.”
“See? You are biased.”
“Did I deny that?”
Cherry giggled.
Zac and Cherry had decided to start and Arthurian web site, mainly regarding their characters. Cherry, having more experience with this kind of stuff, was the webmaster.
“You know what I think we should add to the site?” Zac asked suddenly.
“What?”
“A picture of the real Sir Bright and Aurora.”
“And how do you suggest we do that?”
“Well, first we need some costumes. We can get our photographer to take the pictures, and I’m sure Ike will help us get a good back ground.”
“Hmm, Arthurian costumes huh?”
“Yep.”
“I like this idea.”

Only a few days later Taylor was walking down the street. It was particularly windy, and to his horror, the lock of hair fell apart and blew away. Taylor was devastated.
