"Taylor!" Zac shouted.
Taylor was startled by Zac's shout, and a few of the tablets fell from his hand onto the floor. But that did no dissuade him from putting the others to his mo-
Zac grabbed his arm and wrenched it away from his face. The tablets flew everywhere.
"Noooooooo!" Taylor sobbed.
For a moment the two wrestled desperately. Taylor was determined to pick up all those tablets off the floor then and there. Zac, of course, was determined not to let Taylor do anything of the sort.
And Zac, being bigger and stronger, won. He pinned his brother to the floor.
"No, no, please Zac." He begged. "Please don't do this."
"Tay I..." he replied, shaking his head. "Taylor, what's wrong? Please tell me."
"Just, just let me die."
"No. No, you hear me Tay? I'm not going to let you kill yourself." Zac insisted, his long hair tickling Taylor's face. "Understand? I won't let you die. Please Tay, please tell me what's wrong."
"No, you wouldn't understand. No one can understand."
Tears were running out of Taylor's eyes as he struggled to get out of his brother's grip.
"Well, well, maybe I wouldn't understand. In fact I can tell you I don't understand why you - why anyone - would want to kill themselves. But please Tay, please tell me."
"Just let me die." Taylor cried, stopping his struggle.
The door opened then, and in came Isaac, Luke and Rebecca. They saw the scene and immediately knew what had happened.
"Taylor?" Isaac asked. "Tay, why?"
"Quit asking me why!" Taylor yelled, hysterical. "Just let me die! You'll never understand! Never!"
"Ike?" Zac too, was now beginning to cry. "Ike what do we do?"
Isaac was silent, not really knowing what to say.
"Let me die! Leave me alone so I can d-"
"Shut up Taylor! I'm never going to let you die!" Zac yelled.
Taylor stared up at him in stunned silence. Zac had never yelled at him like that before. Another tear rolled out of Taylor's eye.
