"Hmm, why don't we take a break now?" he said, putting down his guitar.
"Yeah, I'm hungry. I want lunch." Zac agreed.
"Ok, I'll join you in a bit." Taylor said.
Zac nodded and followed Isaac out the garage door. A minute or so passed.
"That should do it." He muttered to himself.
"That should do what?"
Taylor looked up.
"Moira? What are you doing here?"
There seemed to be an unusual glow about her.
"Well, that's a nice greeting."
"Sorry, but I thought you were off in some foreign country causing havoc."
Moira grinned, then changed the subject:
"How's Zac?"
"Oh, he's good. The test came out negative."
"That's good." Then she sighed softly. "Then I guess you don't need me any more."
"What?" Taylor stared.
"You don't need me any more Tay. You're alive and you're glad."
"You're - you're leaving?"
"Yes."
All this time the glow about Moira seemed to be getting brighter.
"For good?"
"Yes." She nodded.
"But - but - "
"Good bye Taylor. It was fun while it lasted."
"Moira! Please don't go!"
She just smiled and waved.
"Good bye."
The glow seemed to envelope Moira. In moments he couldn't see her at all, and then the glow disappeared.
Taylor let out a breathe he hadn't realised he was holding.
"Good bye Moira."
