“So, which way do we go?” Taylor asked.
“Hmm. Good question,” Isaac answered.
“Eeny, meeny, miny, mo?” Zac suggested.
Isaac and Taylor stared at him.
“What? It’s a genuine solution.”
“Yeah, but will it tell us which way to go to get home?” Isaac retorted.
“You never know.”
“Umm, excuse me?” said a voice.
They turned. Standing there was a courier with a parcel and clipboard in his hands.
“Where did you come from?” Taylor asked.
“That doesn’t matter. I’m looking for uhh, Fred Hanson?”
“I’m Fred,” Fred said.
“Package for you. Can you sign here please?”
“Ok.”
“Hey, why does Fred get a package and I don’t?” Zac demanded.
“Zac, we get packages all the time,” Taylor pointed out.
Zac ignored him. The courier started walking off.
“Hey, can you tell us how to get back to Tulsa?” Zac yelled.
But the courier didn’t seem to hear him and disappeared from sight. Fred opened the box and pulled out... an arm?
“Say... that arm looks familiar...” Isaac frowned.
Abruptly, the arm jumped out of Fred’s grip as fast as it could and ran towards Isaac. Then it stopped at his feet, turned around and started running down one of the paths as fast as it’s, err, fingers could carry it.
Fred followed the arm.
Isaac, Taylor and Zac followed Fred.
Isaac was still wondering where he had seen that arm before.
“Say,” Taylor said after a while, “this place looks familiar.”
“It does too!” Zac agreed.
“I know I’ve seen that arm before,” Isaac mumbled.
Taylor and Zac looked at each other and laughed.
“That’s right Ike, it does, doesn’t it?” Taylor teased.
“Yeah, in fact...” Zac grinned. “It’s really your pet arm from an alternative dimension and The Narrator thought it would be heck funny to get him to do a cameo appearance in this dimension.”
“And it’s name is Cuddles,” Taylor added.
Taylor and Zac laughed again.
“Whoa!” Fred gasped.
By now Cuddles had disappeared and they suddenly found themselves staring at what Fred was incredulously looking at.
