"What's up Tay?" Isaac asked, joining him.
"Just the fans."
Isaac looked out at them.
"Remember when Middle of Nowhere came out?" Taylor asked.
"Heck yeah."
"We used to have crowds like that man."
"Yeah we did. Now the people who come to the concerts are in it for the music."
Taylor laughed.
"Oh, man… remember that first performance we did at Paramus Park? When the fan ripped a hole in my shirt?"
"Oh yeah. What happened to the shirt?"
"Umm, I don't know…"
Isaac got a teasing look on his face.
"Did you talk about framing it once?"
"Yeah, but I was joking. Oh, I bet I know where it is - was. I bet it was in the attic before the tornado."
There was a silence as the two remembered their other losses.
"So," Isaac said finally, "who did you think of the Four Amigos is gonna be the first to get a hole in his shirt?"
Taylor paused.
"Mike. Definitely Mike. He seems to be the front man."
Isaac nodded.
"Yeah, I was thinking either Mike or Sam."
"Yeah."
The two looked out at the crowd some more.
"Who would have thought back in '97 that our kids would get crowds like this?" Isaac asked.
"Now I think I know how Mom and Dad must have felt."
"Felt?"
"Yeah, when they saw all the cute girls holding up signs saying 'I love you Taylor'."
Isaac laughed.
"Oh, man, yeah. I can see there are going to be some interesting times ahead."
"Very interesting."
