Chapter 64

"You're not leaving because of Zac are you?" Babsie asked.

Psy paused and looked at her.

"Tell Zac not to flatter himself."

Babsie laughed.

"Will do."

There were a few moments of silence. But it was a comfortable one.

"How can you stand it?"

"Stand what?"

"Zac's obsession."

Babsie shrugged.

"Ahh, everyone has their little thing. All I can say is, at least he isn't obsessed with, I don't know, something illegal?"

Psy grinned.

"Yeah, I'd go with that." Babsie continued. "I'd hate to have to bail him outta jail."

"Yeah, suppose."

"So, whatcha gonna do when ya get back to Australia?"

Psy leaned back for a moment.

"Do what I always do I guess. See, that's the beauty of being an established and professional song writer. I can whatever the heck I wanna do, as opposed to sitting in an office eight hours a day five days a week. How boring."

"Yeah, exactly."

"Besides, I get to work with other amazing writers too. It's great."

"Yes. And I noticed you working with Xavier, Mike, Sam and Adam."

"And what's cool, is that they asked me. I didn't even offer." Psy smiled.

"They recognise talent."

"Or just bad taste."

"Well, that's a nice thing to say about yourself!"

Psy grinned.

"Naturally. Why would I say anything bad?"

"Yeah, that might be a sign of a low self esteem."

"And I certainly don't have that."

"Uh huh."

They grinned at each other.
