"Zoe?" Sarah called.
Zoe looked up almost guiltily. Which was a little odd because she wasn't even in Sarah's view.
"Umm, yeah?" she asked, hiding the letter in her pocket.
"Are you coming or not?"
"Coming?"
"Hello, duh? Our Christmas album?"
Indecision were working on their first Christmas album. Of course, by now Sarah had taken Oliver place in the band.
"Oh, oh, yeah. Sorry, it slipped my mind for a second there." Zoe replied with a smile. "I'll be there in a minute."
Zoe walked off quickly to her room and closed the door. She took the letter out of her pocket and smiled at his handwriting, tempted to read it then and there. However, she realised that since her brother and her sister were expecting her, now was not a good time. She liked to believe that in some small way, she was helping her friend towards recovery.
On that, she put the letter in the back of a drawer. Not that she really expected Mackie to go through her room or anything, but she just wanted to be careful. No point in making him mad.

"How the heck did you get this number?" Taylor demanded.
"I have my ways." Marty replied smugly.
"Look, I haven't told anyone, so leave me alone."
"Umm, no. I don't think so. See, my regular delivery guy just got arrested -"
"So?" Taylor looked around, making sure no one was listening in and lowered his voice. "I'm not interested in your little drug trade."
"Look Hanson, I don't give a stuff if you're interested or not. I want you to pick up the delivery and have it sent to me."
"No."
"Remember the photos. There's nothing I'd like better than to splatter your name all over the sidewalk."
Taylor was silent.
"If I do this, I'm sure you have more material to black mail me with. I'll only end up getting deeper and deeper, and frankly I want nothing to do with you." He said finally.
"Oh? Really? I'm hurt." Marty replied sarcastically. "So are you in? Or do I go to the media?"
