"I got it dyed." Babsie replied.
Babsie was going to be staying with the Hansons for the next month and a bit in LA. She was doing some overseas interviews and stuff for Hot Stuff. She and her crew had just arrived from the airport.
"Obviously." Zac commented dryly. "And it rocks I might add. But perhaps we need more detail as to why?"
Babsie laughed.
"We just had this whole month of fundraising for leukemia. It was pretty cool. Jarod and Nick were going to shave their heads at certain totals and I was gonna dye mine. But since we raised well over what we originally thought we would, I decided to do it multi-coloured."
If you could see her hair now, it was like a colour wheel. She had red, blue and yellow had them 'overlap' so there was also purple, orange and green, and a black streak coming from the middle of her head.
"I tell you what Zac-man," she continued "I make a wicked head banger."
"Ooh yeah, I'm sure it looks awesome."
"Oh, you two and your head banging." Isaac laughed.
Babsie grinned at him.
"Hey Rita, so how the baby doin' since we last spoke?"
"Good. You can feel her or him kicking."
"Cool. Excited Taylor?"
"Of course!"
"Such enthusiasm!" she laughed.
"So, Ikers, who's this Candice chick I heard tell about?"
"She's my girlfriend."
"Well, thank goodness. Gee, I was beginning to think you were gonna mope over Alanna forever." Babsie joked.
"Ha ha, very funny."
Babsie grinned at him cheekily.
"Hi Diana, I got ya something."
"Oh, you didn't need to do that." Diana replied.
"Hey, no problem at all." Babsie replied. "I heard you got a liking to this stuff..."
And out of her bag Babsie pulled a huge jar of vegemite. Diana laughed.
"Oh, that's very kind of you Babsie. And you're welcome to raid it if you want."
Babsie waved her hand at her.
"Thanks, but no thanks. I think the stuff is disgusting."
"Thank you Babsie!" Zac exclaimed. "I have finally met an Aussie who didn't like vegemite. Whoo hoo! I knew there had to be one hiding around there somewhere."
She just laughed.
