Taylor just rolled over in his bed.
"C'mon Tay, you've gotta get up."
Isaac came in then.
"Oh, I see, he's being difficult." He said. "Hmm, well, now I have somewhere to put this bucket of water."
Grudgingly Taylor sat up. Then he noticed the time and pulled a face at them.
"We've got a surprise." Zac said. "C'mon, we can't be late, we're on a schedule."

At 7 am that morning they were at the airport. Taylor was not at all impressed.
"There she is." Isaac said at last.
Taylor looked to where he was pointing. A smile grew on his face and he ran over to her.
"Rita!" He cried.
He picked her up and whirled her around. Then they shared a passionate kiss.
"Aww." Zac teased.
"How long have you been planning this?" Taylor asked, his arms wrapped around Ritas' waist.
"Ages." Isaac replied. "I spoke to Babsie last night, Mrs Masters never suspected for a second that she's leave the country without telling her. Especially on her birthday."
"Oh yeah, You two have the same birthday don't you?" Zac remembered.
Rita nodded.
"C'mon, we'd better get your things and get going." Walker said. "Preferably before we draw a bigger crowd."

It was a fantastic day. Taylor was totally convinced it was his best birthday of his entire life.
"So Tay, now that you're eighteen you can vote, smoke and grope -"
"I've heard that before." Isaac commented, interrupting Zac.
"And before I find out how that makes you feel," Zac continued, giving Isaac a pointed look, "I must request that since you have someone to grope with, you do it in your own bed. Not the couch, not the kitchen and certainly not my bed. Ever. I'd have nightmares for a week if you ever did that!"
Isaac and Taylor laughed.

That evening, Taylor and Rita were standing out on the balcony, gazing out at the city, and the stars.
"I'm so glad you were able to come." He said.
"Me too."
"I missed you so much."
"I missed you too."
Taylor kissed her.
"Hey, uhh, I know this might seem a little sudden, but there was something I was wondering..."
"Yes?"
