Chapter 69

July arrived and found them in a press conference.

"So, we heard your mother gave birth to Hanson number ten." One journalist asked.

"No." Isaac said slowly. "She did just have another baby, but it's not number ten."

"Yeah, that would be a stupid name for a person." Zac interjected quickly, figuring out the mistake. "Her name is Yasmine Elizabeth."

Isaac, being the smart cookie that he is, figured out that he ought not to say anything more about the subject. He made a mental note to ask them about it later.

"She was born yesterday." Taylor added.

"Isaac, have you remembered anything yet?" another journalist asked a little later.

"Yes," he replied, a small grin appearing on his face. "I have just remembered that I left my wallet in my other pants and that's why I can't find it."

That got a few laughs.

"I understand that you got to see an exclusive premiere of Mission Impossible 3?" someone asked. "What did you think of it?"

"I don't think that Mission Impossible 3 is any where near as good as the first two. They should have just stopped after the second one." Taylor answered.

"No! I really liked it." Zac contradicted. "I think it's the best one yet."

"No it's not Zac. Dude, they totally wrecked it."

"They didn't wreck it."

"Yeah they did."

"See what you've gone and done?" Isaac joked, interrupting them. "They do this every time."

"Do not. And they did wreck it."

"Tay, do you have any idea how immature you sound right now?" Isaac asked

Zac laughed and stuck out his tongue at Taylor.

"I don't understand something, Yassie, isn't Hanson number ten, so why do they think she is?" Isaac asked sometime later. "And why aren't we clearing up the mistake?"

"They think that Sarah and Marie are twins." Taylor explained. "Now, we have never actually said that they were - cause that would be lying. We just phrased things so that we could keep the illusion going."

"But why?"

"Well, you know how Marie is really Jess' daughter. Our PR people don't think it would be a good idea if the public knew."

"And frankly, it's none of their business." Zac added. "But I would rather they thought Marie was our sister, rather than our niece because that only gives them more ammunition, and not just against us."

"Oh, I see. We're hiding the truth to protect people. Ok." Isaac nodded. "I was just wondering."

"Get used to it dude, we do a lot of stuff like that. For starters, we usually avoid talking about our personal lives, but you have it a bit harder than me, because Babsie is in the spotlight." Taylor continued. "So sometimes you can't avoid it. Just be careful of what you do say ok?"

"Ok."

"Don't worry. If you ever say anything, or start to say something wrong, we'll stop you." Zac assured him. "I'm sure you'll be back in the swing of things before you know it."

"I hope so."
