"I'll be back," she grinned, standing up.
She headed out the back. The waiter pointed to the backdoor, on the other side of which there was the bins and such. Babsie was a little curious at this, but thought nothing of it.
"Hello?" she said, stepping out the door.
She didn't see anyone and stepped out further, frowning slightly. Suddenly a hand plastered itself over her mouth and an arm wrapped itself around her chest.
"Long time no see," a man's voice whispered in her ear.
Babsie bit his hand.
"Bitch," he cussed her, but he didn't move his hand. "Y'know I've been waiting a long time for this."
He shoved her roughly against the wall so that they faced each other. He pinned her there, his hand still over her mouth.
"Remember me?" he asked snidely. "You put me in jail twenty or so years ago."
Realisation flickered in Babsie's eyes. She struggled.
"Nuh-uh. You ain't getting away from me this time Babsie-baby," he leant close to her ear. "I'm gonna break you, and I've spent a lot of time trying to figure out how."
Her eyes widened, realising the target of the fist he now balled up.

If Isaac hadn't been sitting down already, he would have sat down very, very fast. Of course, that's why when Jarod had called he had told Isaac to sit down.
Taylor frowned curiously as he put the phone down. He seemed to be in shock.
"Ike?" he inquired.
"I... I have to go to Australia right away."
"Why? Is something wrong?"
Isaac was silent.
"Ike?"
"Babsie's in hospital."
"Hospital?" Taylor repeated. "Why? What happened? Is she ok?"
"Someone attacked her," he replied slowly. "And... and they're worried she's going to lose the babies."
"Oh my gosh... Ike, I am so sorry. Yes, of course you have to go."
"You'll look after the kids for me?"
"You know I will, down worry," Taylor hesitated. "Do you want me to arrange the plane ticket and stuff for you?"
"Yeah. Yeah, that's would be really good," abruptly Isaac burst into tears. "Oh man..."
Taylor hugged him.
"Don't worry Ike. She's going to be ok."
