"Hey Tay." Walker said, walking over to him.
"Oh, hey Dad."
"It's a pity you haven't seen more of their performances. They remind me a little of you guys when you were just starting."
"Mmm." Taylor paused. "Yeah. I didn't know Zoe could play the whistle."
He grinned.
"That sounds a little weird. Zoe learnt to play the whistle." He chuckled.
Walker smiled back at him.
"One of the girls in the Church band played one during the morning praise. Zoe thought it was so great, that the next thing we know, she's gone and talked her into teaching her."
"How many instruments does she play now anyway?"
"Well, piano and drums, as you know. The whistle of course, a little guitar, and I believe she's taken a liking to the trombone."
"The trombone?" Taylor repeated. "Gee, that's five instruments, and she's only nine. That's just scary."
Walker laughed.
"She takes to anything musical just so easily. I think we're possibly looking at a prodigy."
"Wow." Was all Taylor could reply.
"Of course, that could just be the hopes of a father, but you never know."
Taylor smiled. Then he noticed Babsie standing near the front row, just staring at Indecision.
"What's up Babsie?" He asked her, wandering over.
When she didn't reply, he continued.
"Dad thinks Zoe might be a prodigy."
"There's no doubt about that." She replied. "Mackie was telling me that Zoe wrote about ninety percent of this song by herself."
"Yeah, so? She writes a lot of songs without a lot of help."
"Listen to it."
Taylor listened for a few bars.
"What?"
"Don't wait too long signing them Taylor." Babsie said quietly. "This song is gonna make the top five."
"Really? You think so?"
"Have I ever been wrong?"
