They had gotten used to Isaac's little tricks by now. He could do shapes up to almost two-thirds his height now, and down to the microscopic. They had forbidden his from doing the microscopic though, but that was okay, because Isaac had recently discovered he could do surfaces.
It may be worth adding that once he had been the kitchen floor. He quickly decided never to that again when someone spilt coffee all over him. It was extremely hot and Isaac was certain he would have been badly burned, had he not been a floor at the time. Of course, Zac was quick to point out that if he hadn't been a floor, he wouldn't have been hurt in the first place.
Taylor could always find Isaac the easiest through his work on his Empathic ability. Taylor could only identify where an emotion was coming from if he was in the immediate area. So Taylor would go from room to room, feeling around for Isaac's persona.
In actual fact, it was rather hard finding a game where they could all work on their powers. After hide and seek, they had another water fight, in which none of Taylor's abilities could be used, as like Zac when playing hide and seek.
In fact, it was very easy for them to put Isaac's powers to use.
**********
A few days later, Zac and Isaac came up with a rather mean prank, based on an experiment. The only other person home was Taylor, which was good because had anyone else been home they would have risked revealing their abilities - something they weren't too keen on doing.
"This is going to be so cool." Zac said gleefully.
A couple of minutes later, Zac returned to the house.
"Hi Tay." Zac said, heading past him to the kitchen.
"Hi Zac."
A minute later, Isaac also returned to the house.
"Hi Tay." He said, walking past him to the kitchen.
"Hi Zac." Taylor replied, intent on his game.
Isaac (who was a splitting image of Zac), joined Zac in the kitchen with a huge grin on his face. They looked at each other for a moment then burst out laughing.
"I wonder how long it'll take him..." Zac giggled.
"Huh! What the?"
"I think he just realised... quick, hide." Zac snickered.
Isaac grinned and raced upstairs.
"Zac?" Taylor asked. "Did you... I mean, you walked past me twice?"
And so Zac spent the next couple of minutes attempting to convince Taylor that he was just having a bad case of de ja vu. There was only one problem...
"Zac, I know you're trying to pull one over me. I can sense it. Hello? Empathic? Are you forgetting something here?"
"Oh damn." Zac complained. "Oh well, I guess what you don't know is what I'm trying to pull over you."
And on that Zac left smugly. By this time Isaac had reverted back to his usual self and was cacking himself laughing.
