A few moments later he spotted Rachel moving through the undergrowth. She paused, listening.
Isaac smirked.
For a moment neither of them did anything, then Isaac took a small rock, and threw it into the bush he had just been in.
As he suspected, Rachel noticed this sound and started heading towards it the bush. She was in the middle of it when Isaac dangled his feet off the branch of the tree, something she noticed immediately.
*Hey Rach! You realised you've just walked through poison ivy.*
Rachel stared up at him, then at the bush.
*Oh, so this is what poison ivy looks like. I've always wondered.*
*And now, not only do you know what it looks like, I think you're going to come down this a rash.* Isaac continued with a grin. *A really itchy one.*
Just as he was saying this, Rachel started scratching.
*This is so not fair!* she objected.
*It's a mind battle. Whoever said it was fair?*
*Jerk.* she muttered, and then promptly turned the bush into a bath of calamine lotion and jumped in.
Isaac laughed.
*And how do you expect to beat while if you're doing that?* he asked, jumping out of the tree.
Rachel didn't reply for a moment. Isaac took advantage of the opportunity to change the forest into a classical arena. The tree he was in became one of the columns.
*Ok, I'm not itchy any more.* she said, getting out of the bath.
Then she stared down at her clothes.
*Ike? Do you really see me as a Greek?* she asked. *'Cause I'm not sure if Greek attire becomes me.*
*Really? I think I look great in a toga.* Isaac joked.
Rachel laughed, seeing Isaac create a full-length mirror on the top of the column. Then she got an idea.
Moments later, Isaac felt a disturbance, and the next thing he knew the column was falling. Without waiting to figure out what the heck was happening, he jumped off, landing on a trampoline he'd created on the spur of the moment, bounced off, landed on the back of a horse and in full cowboy attire.
*Howdy pard-ner!* he greeted in a western accent.
*Drat.* Rachel said from the bulldozer.
Or rather the bulldozer which was now an actual bull. A very angry bull.
*Oh look, Rach is in a rodeo.* Isaac snickered.
