"Ike?" Zac asked. "Ike, is that the first time? Or has it happened before?"
Isaac was a little reluctant to answer.
"It's happened before." He said finally.
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"Would you have believed me?"
"Yes."
Zac sounded so certain of his answer that Isaac turned his head and looked at him. Zac stretched out his hand, his palm and fingers pointed up. He concentrated and to Isaac's astonishment, sparks of electricity flickered between his fingers. Isaac's eye widened in astonishment.
"How…"
"It's a long story Ike." Zac replied, stopping the sparks and putting down his hand. "Do you know if this has been happening to Tay?"
Isaac nodded slowly.
"In that case, we'll wait until he come back from hanging out with Rach. I don't want to tell the story twice - I don't even want to tell it once."
**********
Taylor returned not long later, whistling happily.
"Did you finally ask Rach out did you Tay?" Isaac asked.
"Yep." He smiled.
"And since we all know she said yes, take a seat lover-boy." Zac said. "I have something important I have to tell you - about those episodes you've been having."
Taylor stared at him, then at Isaac.
"I didn't tell him man. He was here when… the last time." Isaac said.
"I was with Rach. Hopefully she didn't think anything of it."
"Yeah, well, like I said, have a seat." Zac said.
Taylor sat down, looking at Zac suspiciously.
"How do you know what's going on?"
"It's a long, complicated story." Zac sighed. "I'm gonna give you the short version, because you guys made me promise not to… well, there are some details you don't want to be told ok? You have to trust me on that."
"So start talking." Taylor said.
Zac took a deep breath, and began.
