"Umm... nope. Why?"
"I wanted to send this postcard to Rosie."
"Aww. What's it a picture of?"
Taylor showed him.
"Hey, is it just me," Zac asked, "or have you sent her a postcard from every place we've gone since the tour started?"
"Yep."
"It's just me?"
"No, I've been sending postcards."
"Why?"
Taylor shrugged.
"She's my girlfriend?"
"Ok."
"Hey, are you two done in here?" Isaac asked. "We have to go."
"Do you have a pen, Ike?"
"Nope."
"Drat. Now I have to buy one."
"Tay, they're only a dollar. You turning into Scrooge or something?"
"No," Taylor scowled. "It's just... the cashier is a fan. And I'm not in the mood to put up with her blubbering a second time."
"Oh... you got money?"
"Of course."
"Gimme some. I'll go get your pen for ya."
"Thank you, Ike."
"Anyone watching? Ok, stupid question. I'll shape shift in the bathroom."
Isaac walked off. Taylor threw Zac a look.
"How did I know he was gonna do that?"
"I don't think Ike is any more in the mood for blubbering fans than we are," Zac grinned. "You have to admit, shape shifting has it perks."
"I wouldn't even consider denying that."
