He glared at his broken leg.
"Why'd you have to break? Hmm? I demand to know."
"Are you talking to yourself Ike?"
Isaac looked up.
"Hi Rach. Yes I am talking to myself."
Rachel giggled.
"After all," Isaac went on, "it's not like there's anyone else to talk to."
"You can talk to me."
"Ok."
There was silence.
"So, what are we going to talk about?"
"I have no idea."
Rachel grinned.
"I'm bored." Isaac complained. "I'm so bored."
"Aww, poor Ikey."
"Don't patronise me."
More silence.
"So what's new with you?" Isaac asked.
"Not much."
"How you like being back home?"
"I have to admit, I'm almost looking forward to leaving again."
"Oh?"
"Dan is such a pain."
Isaac laughed.
"Sibling rivalry huh?"
"No. No, if it was that I could handle it. It's just that... I don't know."
"Ooook."
"He's gotten really lazy and he ignores people and he eats a lot. It's like, he only pays attention to people or things if it suits him you know?"
"Nope." Isaac replied, grinning at her.
Rachel rolled her eyes.
