Amarita hadn't known Rachel very well, but she still attended the funeral. However, it was rather disturbing to find that she was thinking more about how hot Taylor looked than the fact that she was at a funeral.
"No, you mustn't think about that." She thought to herself. "You're at a funeral and you're dating Ike now. Besides Taylor doesn't like you unless you make him. Constantly."
Still, this wasn't quite enough to deter her. The very next day, Amarita made a point of bumping into him.
"Oh, hi Ama."
"Hi Tay."
On that, she just couldn't contain herself. She wanted him so badly. She made him love her again. And invited him over to her house. Which he accepted, and if you make note of the fact that Joe wasn't home, you can probably guess what happened that day.
And the day after.
And the day after that.
And the day after that for a whole week.
Once again, Amarita was dating one Hanson and cheating on him with his brother. She didn't know why. There was something about Taylor that made her want him so badly. On the other hand, there was something about Isaac that drew her to him. Perhaps that he genuinely liked her.
Isaac didn't realise what was going on. She still spent as much time with him. And, come to think of it, they were doing pretty much the same things too. Besides, she had manipulated both of them into thinking that there wasn't anything wrong.
Her manipulation, for some reason or another, required constant maintenance. Amarita found this awfully confusing. She had, after all, manipulated people before, although admittedly not on such a high scale, and not once did she need to do maintenance. It was like there was something purposely contradicting her efforts. And she had no idea what it was.
This was very frustrating.
Amarita had been so preoccupied with this, that she forgot about one person. One person who knew something was not right with Taylor and Isaac. One person who knew that Amarita was behind it all.
Zac.
