After having Suzie hide his rock and then wiping her memory of where, Taylor's mind-probe soared through the air and into the hospital.
*Ike! Rach! Zoe! Mackie* he called. *Yoo hoo!*
There was no reply. Not letting this hinder his excitement, he shot through the hospital, looking into every room, trying to find any sign of his family.
At last - a stray thought from a rather... bubbly nurse gave him the room number of Isaac's room. He flew to it as fast as his telepathic powers could send him.
*Ike!* he cried, seeing his brother. *Ike! Listen! It's Tay!*
However, Isaac didn't hear him. Instead:
*Hey Rach?*
*Yeah Ike?*
*Mind war? I feel like doing some more butt kicking.*
Rachel sent him an image of her sticking out her tongue at him.
*Ike! Rach!* Taylor cried. *Hey, look, listen to me! I'm - ah ha! My body! Oh my beloved body!*
Taylor forgot about Isaac and Rachel's lack of response when he saw his body lying comfortably on the hospital bed next to Isaac's. Delightedly, he pushed himself into his own brain and started to retake control of his body.
*What the - why can't... what's happening?* he wailed. *Why can't I control my body? Why can't I get my body back?*
*Ok, so what are the rules this time?* Rachel asked. *The usual?*
*Yeah. No powers, no using ideas that have already been used, blah, blah, blah.*
*Ike? Rach? Please answer me!* Taylor begged woefully. *Please help.*
No response. None at all.
*Ike? Ike! Ike! Isaac!*
Taylor felt like he could cry.
"Hey Ike."
It was Zac.
"Hey Zac - not now, I'm about to kick Rach's butt in a mind battle again." Isaac said this telepathically as well.
*Are not.* Rachel objected.
"Oh, well, ok then. Have fun." Zac replied. "I'm just gonna sit here and draw then."
"You do that."
