They gave Isaac a few moments to recover from his giggles.
"Umm, well, obviously Tay's listening in on this conversation. He's gone and figured out that the only way Cuddles is going to send a message that isn't jumbled is if he understands it right?"
"So, you're saying that Taylor has sent you a message all about your snot?" Zac joked.
"No Zac. Y'know, Cuddles' life does not revolve around my nose."
"Just most of it."
"What did Tay say?" Walker cut in.
"He said that he's tried to get into his body but it didn't work for some reason."
"So, he can take over everyone's body except his own?" Jess asked.
"Yep."
"I wanna know what the Cuddles translation was." Zac grinned. "I bet it was something like 'I got to Ike's nose, but I couldn't get the boogas'."
"Eww, Zac's that's gross." Jess objected.
"I bet Cuddles understands how Tay's feeling perfectly." Zac went on chuckling.
"Please Zac." Walker interjected. "The problem is none of us, least of all I, know how to get Taylor's mind back into his body. And that should be our main concern."
Silence.
"Uhh, anyone got any ideas?" Zac asked.
Still silence.
"I guess not."
"How do you deal with a problem like this?" Jess demanded of him. "It's not like it's ever happened before."
No one could answer. She was right after all.
"Tay?" Isaac called. "Tay try again and send a vid."
Taylor, unable to acknowledge his brother, did what he was asked. He floated of to his head and tried again to get in.
To his astonishment, Taylor found he could get in. Not quite far enough to be able to retake control of his body, but far enough to be able to access memories and the like.
"Hey, I have an idea." Zac said suddenly. "Why don't you try using your Healing Jess?"
"I don't -"
"Got a better idea?"
"No." she replied with a wry smile. "Tay? Can you, uhh, stay in your head?"
Biting her lip, she walked over to Taylor's body and put her hand on his forehead. She decided to use her Dreams power to compliment her Healing. After all, it was with that combination that she had detected his missing mind.
